Fromagina

Some friends and I took a cheese-making class at the Angelic Organics Learning Center in Rockton, IL. I highly recommend it.

We made five cheeses: Chevre, Fromagina, Mozzarella, Ricotta, and Feta.

Here is the Fromagina with some fresh herbs. Delicious!
