You Are Beautiful
I found this in the Polk Street underpass just west of State Street. It is part of the You Are Beautiful public art campaign. Thankfully it isn't annoying viral advertising like a lot of mysterious public messages these days (e.g. Madonna's 1-888-2-Confess posters).
